Background:
Power lifting, semi pro football, 2 years at Skagit Valley College, 9 years on the job experience in athletic clubs, 3 years part time doing sports camps and helping on the floor at Northsound Physical Therapy.

My passion is:
Helping people achieve their goals.

Education/specialty training/certifications:

• NSCA-CPT (national strength & conditioning association–certified personal trainer)
• Sports conditioning

Hobbies/special interests:
Love cars (especially mustangs) and street bike of any kind, collect hot wheels and model cars, weight lifting.
