13 years in fitness industry.  6 years as Fitness Director, 8 years as Personal Trainer, 12 years as Group Exercise Instructor

My passion is:
To see that each person come to love and accept who they are by achieving strength and fitness in their physical body.

Education/specialty training/certifications:

• BA Exercise Science –Western Washington University
• ACE Certified
• Specialty Training in Seniors (Silver Sneakers) and Stability Ball

Hobbies/special interests:

I love hanging with my kids and hubby, reading, water sports, movies, and playing games.

What I like best about working at PS-AC:

I love staff, the cleanliness, professionalism, wonderful equipment, spaciousness, natural light, energy, and the members are warm and friendly.
