Background:
I began working in fitness in 1997 while attending school. I have instructed many types of classes, trained a variety of clients with varying fitness levels and medical conditions, been a fitness specialist, a fitness director, and have expanded to the opportunity of a club manager.
My passion is:
Motivating others to achieve their best

Hobbies/special interests:
My family, my husband and 3 girls are at the center of my world, gardening and puttering in the yard.
